• Easy Returns within 7 Days: You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that specific conditions may apply based on the product type and ongoing promotional offers.
• Refund Process:
  - For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your Koromandel Wallet.
• Report Issues Within 24 Hours: Any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
• Items from Special Sales: Products purchased during special sales or with free product offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Reverse Shipping Charges: In case of excessive returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹200 may be deducted from your refund amount.
